STUDIO POLICIES

  • Our studio has a 12-hour cancellation policy in place. In the event that a client cancels within this timeframe, their class will be forfeited without exception. We kindly request that clients refer to the online schedule for the most up-to-date class schedule.

  • There are NO REFUNDS.

    Our Refund Policy states that in the event of a cancellation of an appointment or class, a credit of equal value will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Our policy states that students cannot be admitted to a class if they are more than 10 minutes late. This policy is in place to maintain the effectiveness of your workout and to ensure you receive all the valuable guidance and instructions from our instructors.

  • Comfortable clothing, not too baggy so the instructor can see how your body is moving, to offer adjustments as needed.

    SOCKS REQUIRED

    Grippy socks are required everywhere for cleanliness. We sell socks in the studio if you would like to purchase them.

    Bring water and a towel if you sweat when you workout.

  • Customer Parking is STREET PARKING ONLY.

    Please do not park in the parking lot. Unfortunately, we only have 1 space for the instructors.

  • Please enter through the parking lot to the rear of the building. The entrance is in the back.

    Please arrive a few minutes early to get ready and set up your machine. Students that arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed in class
