Great facility! Clean, organized and friendly. I’m new to Pilates and did a fundamentals group class and a private session. I felt comfortable and safe - I was able to learn about the reformer and foundational moves without feeling stressed. Lulu answered every question I had and walked through everything! I recommend this class to anyone, especially to someone who has never done Pilates. 💗

I thought I hated Pilates until I started working with Lulu! She has helped me feel strong and healthy again after a c-section. She always pushes me just the right amount and I get a full body workout every time. The studio itself is beautiful and clean, with thoughtful touches throughout and great energy. I love that this wonderful space is in my neighborhood.

West Adams Pilates is clean and inviting. The classes are great for all levels and the cost is very reasonable! My partner and I have been taking duet private classes with Lulu for almost a year now and are blown away by the results! I feel stronger and have muscle definition for the first time in my life. Lulu is very attentive and ensures we have proper form to avoid injury. We look forward to going each week, and really enjoy our time with Lulu!

I have built a better body because of Lulu! My best friend friend said when I talk about going to Pilates it's like I'm talking about going to get the best sex of my life 😌...its pretty close!

The studio is spotless and has a great warm feeling just like Lulu. It’s a pleasure to work out there! Lulu is the most caring, thoughtful and dedicated teacher you could ask for. She always pushes you just a little beyond your comfort zone and gets you results. She tailors every session to you and is always coming up with new ways to torture you (in the best way!). I have never loved working out until I found her and now I go three times a week!

Candace’s beginner class is supportive and an achievable challenge. She brings a fun energy and the time passes quickly. Highly recommend!

Cardio Tramp is a great class with the perfect amount of cardio! You jump for a few minutes at a time and do regular Pilates in between. It’s a great workout and the class flies by!

She takes pride on her studio and treats every clients like family. I specifically love her beliefs on beauty of diverse and unique differences of genders, races, and body comforts. Her classes are based on classic pilates yet filled with challenging varieties of new forms. It is touch but always filled with laughters making me want to challenge myself to do better. I have done pilates at many different studios but this is definitely the top on my list!!

Becca’s class is generally based on classic pilates focused on the core as it should be but she tosses sweet vibes in between to make you feel balanced with flexibility and strength training. I love her classes!!
