Conscious-Connected Breathwork Classses With Liz Kerrigan

The type of breath work I teach is called "Conscious-Connected Breathing," otherwise known as "The Three-Part Breath."
This is a practice done lying down, all through the mouth. Breathwork is a concentrated, focused way of breathing for a period of time that helps support healing so many of the challenges we all experience.
It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, creativity, communication, and connection.
Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.
