With over six years of experience in the Pilates world, I’ve evolved from part-time teaching to fully committing my career to helping others move better, feel stronger, and live more connected lives. My teaching style emphasizes strength, proper form, control, intentional breathing, and tempo, all essential elements that create a transformative experience in each session.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen experimenting with healthy recipes, lifting weights at the gym, enjoying time with my 12-year-old daughter, or simply embracing life’s quiet moments.

I'm currently pursuing a degree in Gerontology and Aging, and I hold certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Behavior Coaching. My mission is to support others in building sustainable wellness from the inside out, no extremes, just real, empowered living.
