PILATES

Her love for Pilates began when she started using it as a form of rehab after several college rugby injuries. Jen fell in love with how flexible and strong it made her while also preventing further injuries. She started teaching Pilates to share her passion with others while helping them achieve their goals and grow their Pilates practice. Classically trained, Jen adds more athletic and contemporary movements to make the classes challenging and fun with the goal that clients walk away feeling accomplished, stronger and excited for their next session.
